This project grew out of my volunteer work with the Toastmasters International Youth Leadership program. I was so touched by my students' speeches that I decided to do everything I could to help them succeed. I recruited successful people from all over the world to answer the students' questions about careers, school, and what it takes to be successful. Now I am providing that advice for free to help students, parents, and teachers everywhere.
